Amanda Rowe, a graduate student from the University of South Florida, does warm up exercises prior to Aikido class. Amanda is a member of the USF Aikido club. The club meets Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays and has beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. The martial art of Aikido is known for its concept of employing self-defense techniques using the attacker's own energy and momentum.
